On Androgyny

Truly beautiful, isn't she? I absolutely adore this look on Emma, much more than long hair. She was born to wear a boyish, yet feminine look. She looks hot.

I truly admire androgyny. I wish I looked more androgynous. I think I would look terrible with short hair. My face is too long.
I occasionally daydream of being a man and the things I would do if I were. How I would dress, what kind of women I'd like, how I'd style my hair... I picture it often. I would be a hopeless romantic. I would want women to melt at the sight of me. But of course, I'd be a one-woman man. Sorry, ladies.

On Fortunes

Somewhere there is someone writing sayings, silly sayings that may mean nothing on the surface. Their life has brought them there, through series of events, both happy and sad. Do they secretly wish that someone would send them a fortune, to which they would change their life accordingly? Are they waiting for a clue? No one knows their true calling, do they?
One night, particularly on a night where you don't feel like sticking to any diet you've minimally attempted and crave the taste of the General, you get a small order of food from our local Chinese restaurant for two. After eating, you open the fragile sweet cookie that contains that plain piece of paper. Of course, you read the back first. "Learn Chinese. Chicken, 鸡 Jī" But your fortune, that is something that sticks with you for days, to which you refer to again and again. 

What can you say for this? There are so many ways to interpret fortunes, and that is why I love them. They are cryptic and beautiful.

On Simplicity

Who can't adore the innocence of babies? Their life is the best, the most innocent and pure. We surround ourselves with things that we want to make us happy, but all we need is each other.

Day 09- Five things you want to see change

I really want to see my family get mentally healthy. 
I really want to be less lazy.
I want money to stop being the biggest issue in the entire world. Can't we appreciate each other?
I want to be more comfortable with intimacy.
I want to stop having headaches




Day 10- A dream you had this past week described in detail.
Oh geez. Every single night I have a freaking weird dream... but here's last night.
For some reason, me and a bunch of other students from my research methods 1 class with Dr. Fallon were at Dr. Fallon's house. It was pretty late at night and Dr. Fallon was sending us home. I hung around for a while and just went through her house, looking at things. I looked out of the window in front and saw an old lady sitting in a car, STARING inside. I looked away quickly, thinking I had just seen something from my imagination. I looked again, and the lady was saying something, but I couldn't hear. Suddenly, Dr. Fallon came out to get the old lady, her mother I suppose? When she went out to get her, suddenly the old lady SLAMMED the gas, slamming the garage and running over the hood of my car. I was so pissed XD

Day 07- Favorite cover of your favorite song

I wouldn't say that this is my favorite (I have too many) but this pair does AMAZING piano covers of Ayumi's songs... I just wish they had better quality microphones! Ahh!



Day 08- Someone you think would make a good president
I'm totally not the person to ask when it comes to politics. Honestly, I have no idea. I'm not going to be a child and say "OMFG I WANT WILL SMITH TO BE PRESIDENT LOLOLOL" because clearly it takes someone who is objective, planful, open minded, honest, and patient (not to say Will Smith isn't this way, you know what I mean, right?). The ideal president would understand his/her people's wishes and abide to them as best as they could. I don't think the ideal president exists.
